 Adenovirus
vectors produced by ViraQuest Inc. use the exclusive RAPAd® technology
for your virus construction providing the fastest turn around time in
the industry. Our technique requires only a single subcloning step in
our standard shuttle plasmid.
Shuttle plasmids are available for subcloning of your
gene of interest using existing promoters or clone in your promoter of
choice.
We also offer ready-made adenoviruses to be used as
controls in your experiments. Choose from either our AdEmpty (does not
encode a transgene) or particles that encode LacZ. Contact us about additional control
viruses for your experiments.
