Inc. is the exclusive commercial producer of Adenoviruses using
the RAPAd® (Rapid Adenovirus
Production) system. RAPAd® allows ViraQuest Inc. scientists
to produce your custom adenovirus particles in as little as 4-6
weeks. The majority of adenoviruses can be constructed in a single
subcloning step in an easy to use shuttle plasmid. Our shuttle plasmids
contain strong viral promoters for maximal gene expression or we
have shuttle vectors available for subcloning your promoters of
choice.
We offer complete adenovirus production services. When you send
your cDNA ViraQuest Inc. will design and construct the shuttle vector
for you or we can supply the RAPAd® shuttle plasmids. Either
way, their user friendly multiple cloning sites expedite subcloning
process. Let us focus on the custom adenovirus construction so you
can focus on your experiments.
