VQ-200 Includes particle isolation by 2 rounds of CsCl banding, determination of plaque
forming units (PFU) and the testing for replication competent adenovirus by titering on
cell lines. ViraQuest Inc. will provide at least two milliliters of 1 X 1012
particles/mL(~1 X 1010 PFU/mL)
Shipping and handling charges are $45.00, a $20.00 charge for dry ice
and a $25.00 HazMat fee.
