ViraQuest Inc. offers three shuttle plasmids for cloning the DNA of interest. pVQ K-NpA is a promoterless vector allowing the incorporation of your promoter and reporter gene. The other two vectors incorporate either the RSV or CMV promoter for your research. Restriction sites not unique to the MCS are indicated by asterisks.

For ViraQuest Inc. to do the cloning a minimum of 50 ug of DNA and a complete map of the sequences to be cloned is required. Additional charges will be incurred for modification of restriction sites in the supplied DNA or the shuttle vector. Verification of the shuttle plasmid by sequencing or functional analysis is the responsibility of the investigator. Time to completion of the project is determined by complexity of the subcloning procedures and verification of the clone.
